ecolene™ LIMITED WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS
Ecoplast Asia, PT warrants that under normal use and proper care, ecolene™ products are free from defects of cracking, peeling and breaking for 3(three) years since the delivery time.
The warranty above does not cover failure or damages caused by improper applications, unreasonable use or abusive use.
Ecoplast Asia, PT warrants that under normal use and proper care, ecolene™ products are designed for 3 (three) years againts color fading, weathering and ageing since the delivery time.
The color pigments can affect the color consistency of ecolene™ products, so there may be slight color variations between products batches. Such variations are unavoidable, but we will put our effort to ensure the color consistency and keep the variations to the acceptable level.
Ecoplast Asia, PT will not liable for incidental, consequential or indirect damages for negligence, infringe of warranty, strict liability or contract arising in connection with ecolene™ products.
the customer's sole remedy and Ecoplast Asia's, PT sole liability for any claims will be the customer's purchase price.
IMPORTANT :
Further determination of suitability of our products for specific applications is to be verified by way of appropriate functional tests conducted by conjunction with our General Conditions of sales and Delivery.
It is deemed that the customer have fully read and accepted the conditions above.
